House in a high place above the town of Kaštela in the village of Rudine, completely air-conditioned in the forest of pine and olive trees, distant from the neighbors and the view, ideal for a peaceful vacation without city crowds and cars. From the large terrace there is a spectacular view of the town of Kaštela, the historic town of Split (17km away), the bay and the distant islands. Unesco city of Trogir is only 10 minutes away.
With a pleasant walk path you can enjoy the nearby excursion to the Biblic garden and recreate yourself along many surrounding trails by riding a bike. In a short time, you can come and enjoy in many landscaped and natural beaches of Kaštela and the nearby island of Ciovo.
A special pleasure is swimming in the pool next to the house, completely protected from the view, equipped with heating and cooling, which allows constant temperature of water and bathing in May and October. The pool is made of three depths of 140, 160 and 180 centimeters.
For those who want to spend recreation and sports relaxing, we have a multifunctional tennis court, badminton, volleyball, basketball and soccer. We will also gladly teach you the traditional Dalmatian ballot game whose playground is in the shade of the olivetrees next to the house. For the youngest we have swings and trampulin.
